Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the card on file will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged and may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Late Policy: Clients have a 10 minute grace but $15 late fee will be applied if you’re anytime over your confirmed appointment time. After 10 minutes will be considered a no show and appointment can be subjected to cancellation and charged the cancellation fee. Unless discussed otherwise with me and agree to extra fees.
